Last week, we launched our first bi-annual Recognition Program, established in late 2023, to honor exceptional work and those who embody our core values. Team members received both graphical and physical patches as part of the celebration.
This program was not just about individual recognition but also about reinforcing collaboration across teams. It highlighted the vital role we play in supporting clients and the public sector, with the patches symbolizing our shared mission and values.
The launch reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork, and the months of planning and effort behind it were truly commendable. I’m excited to see what 2024 has in store!
